Wetlands are a major and important landscape feature in the southeastern United States, and in Florida are protected by both state and federal laws. Any activity/construction that may impact wetlands requires an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP). Ardea has former regulatory agency personnel on staff with extensive training from state and federal regulators in wetland delineations. We have experience in wetlands in Florida and coastal Texas, and have conducted delineations in littoral, estuarine, mangrove, and freshwater wetlands. Ardea can perform a permit-required informal jurisdictional wetland delineation or a reconnaissance-level wetland assessment within a few business days of client authorization. Results of the field work can be provided to clients quickly as well.
